Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Auction
On July 2 in New York, Christies will auction seven pieces of Yves Saint Laurent's clothing and jewelry.
1) The collection includes a 1958 cocktail dress that was designed during his time at Dior. Estimated auction price is $1,000 - $1,500.
2) One of the outstanding pieces of jewelry is a cut-out floral necklace from Spring/Summer 1990. Estimated auction price is $1,000 - $1,500.
3) Another clothing item to be auctioned is a fox-trimmed cable knit sweater from the 1970s. Which is noted to have been a favorite style of Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis. Estimated auction price is $250-$400.
