Don't we all picture ourselves sitting at a Parisian cafe in our most feminine outfit? Today's look takes inspiration from the ladies that take pretty to another level. Think garden parties and high noon teas. We've paired a 1940s silk dress with all the girly accessories that we can muster.
Sometimes, I admire the girl that manages to throw on casual clothes and still look stylish. Today's look is a nod to that girl. She makes bohemian work - without leaning too heavily on the hippie days of the past. This look has just the right amount of decade mixture to make a totally modern look. We pulled pieces from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s.
Wearing vintage clothing takes imagination. You have to be able to take risks and wear something different than the next person. Today, we are putting together an artsy mix of prints and patterns that just seem to work. Our advice is to not think too hard, just make sure that at least two of the colors are present in each print and pattern. Then, mix and match to your hearts desire.
