Viewed: Ultrasuede | In Search of Halston

I'm having a Halston moment.  Actually, more of an Ultrasuede moment.  But, who is more indicative of this easy care fabric than Halston?  According to the movie, Ultrasuede: In Search of Halston, the iconic 1970's designer put his stamp on the one-of-a-kind signature fabric, Ultrasuede, which was every bit as smooth as Halston himself.   As Spring 2011 approaches, we are re-visiting the casual chic of the 1970s - and I'm looking forward to pulling out my Ultrasuede dress and pairing it with a belt and a floppy hat.  Be sure to check out Halston's revival, as Sarah Jessica Parker takes the helm as Creative Creative Officer/President of Halston and Halston Heritage Brands.
