VINTAGE RENTALS: An Elegant Rustic Missouri Campground Wedding: Amanda + Mike

I am happy to share a recent wedding from Borough Vintage Rentals!  Amanda & Mike's wedding took place at KOA campground s outside of Saint Louis.  We supplied vintage brass candlesticks, vintage mix&match china, and antique silverware as part of the wedding decor.  The Green Wedding Shoes blog recently featured an editorial of the wedding.

Here are a few pictures of the gorgeous wedding.

Making of a Vintage Wedding

Over the next few weeks we will be sharing a behind the scenes look at the vintage wedding that we planned.  The our goal was to include handmade / hand-crafted elements in every detail from the save-the-dates all the way to the reception decor.

We started with a totally hand made save-the-date postcard:

Hand-cut envelope liners

Hand-Tied "Tie the Knot" Ribbons w/ vintage stamps

Hand Addressed Outer Envelope
And, then we moved on to the selection of invitations.  We wanted to keep the kraft paper, postcard, and bow theme from the save-the-dates - but, it also had to be more formal.  Here's what we selected:

Folder Style Invitation

Stuffed Envelopes

Vintage Stamp Envelope Seals

All of the invitation bows were hand tied.  The paper we chose was a metallic kraft paper with sheen.  We sealed the envelope with vintage stamp stickers that were similar to the vintage stamps used on the save-the-dates.
